General Rules:

I- Content:
1-Do not post anything in your messages, or have an avatar or signature, that contains adult content (Sexuality, Nudity and Pornography) including links that link to sites containing this content.
2-Do not post anything in your messages, or have an avatar or signature, that contains offensive or hostile or racist content toward other members weather in gender, color, religion or anything else.
3-Do not post anything in your messages, or have an avatar or signature, that contains insults to other people, or that just contains insult words.
4-Do not post anything in your messages, or have an avatar or signature, that contains illegal content such as Hacking (Serial numbers, keygens, trojans, viruses, worms, warez...), Copyright Infringement (ROMs, Music, Movies...), Drugs, Terrorism, Gambling...

II- Messages:
1-No spamming: It's the action of sending a big amount of unwanted messages to someone, or posting them in the forum.
2-No flooding: It's the action of posting a big amount of messages in the same thread. This is always in the purpose of getting high ranks quickly. Mono-smiley messages (messages that only contain smileys), are considered flooding. You can always use the "Edit" function.
3-No Publicity: Do not post messages or PM members in the purpose of publicity for weather a site or a forum.
4-No SMS Language: Use proper english please, respect punctuation and capital letters.
5-Do not ask for other members personal informations, like Name, Address, Phone etc...

III-About You:
1-Multiple Accounts is not allowed.
2-0 Post account are deleted one week after their registration.
3-Your signature must not be too wide, or too high.
4-If a thread violates a rule, you can only post a message asking a Mod/Admin to lock it if nobody has asked for the lock. You must also say the reason for the lock. And while saying it, do not make it too violent like "LOCK THIS THREAD!!!!!!!" or something like that, ask nicely ("Please, lock this thread because..") so that members respect you in the board.
5-This forum is created by "Deadloop" and hosted by "ForuMotion.com", but neither of those can be help responsible of your actions toward this forum.
6-Your username must be the full name of your character in the RPG. (When you post your presentation, admins automatically change your username to your character's name).

IV-What Could Happen: (These vary based on HOW you violated the rules)
1-Warning: You get a warning by a mod or admin.
2-Temporary Ban: You get banned for a certain amount of time that also varies.
3-Permanent Ban: You get banned forever.
